What is Bokopa Monniri?

Bokopa moniniri is a perennial, non-scented herb that grows in the wetlands of Asia, Africa, Australia, Europe and North and South America.

Bekopa leaves are succulent, sandy and about 1/6 to 1/4 inch thick. The flowers are small and white, with four to five petals. It is grown commercially as a herb and nootropic herb. You will see it by other names like Water Hesop, Thyme-Leveled Gratiola, Glass Herbal or Indian Paniwart.

The aquatic plant, Bokopa monniri grows mainly in wetlands and can even grow in shallow water. Bokopa can be grown hydroponically as an aquarium plant, or in bog gardens or ponds. Growers often propagate Bokopa trees through cuttings.

1. Liver health

The liver acts as a detoxifying organ. With the use of such conventional toxic foods, many may benefit from supplementing with B mononucleosis to support proper liver function.
